Can I choose my French teacher?

Yes! All our teachers are native-French speakers and have been trained to our teaching methods. In the Member Area, you can book each lesson with the teacher of your choice.

Can I schedule my lessons when I want?

Yes! Via the Member Area, you have access to all the teachers availability and you can book each lesson whenever it suits you.

Do I have to use Skype?

Skype is a very convenient app that you can install on your computer or smartphone. It allows you to communicate with your teacher for free and even use the video and the chat for the best learning experience. If you’d like to use the phone, an extra free might apply, please contact us. If you’d like to use another VoIP app, please contact us.

Can I cancel a lesson I booked?

Yes! As long as it’s done via the Member Area at least 12 hours before the lesson. A lesson that is not cancelled on time will be forfeited.
