If you’ve sent a message on a weekend or holiday, expect an answer the next working day. Members can also message us directly inside the Member Area for faster routing to your teacher or admin team.

Right away. As soon as you book your free trial, you get instant access to your Member Area and can schedule your first lesson for as early as the next day. Our teachers are available Mon-Sun, 5:00-midnight CET, so most learners find a slot around work, in the evening, or on weekends. After the trial, regular lessons are booked the same way from your Member Area dashboard.

No. The trial lesson is free and lasts 30 minutes with a native French teacher on Zoom (or Microsoft Teams / Google Meet if you prefer). No credit card is needed to book.

A laptop or tablet with a webcam and microphone, and a stable internet connection. Lessons run on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, whichever suits you. We send the link by email before each lesson.

Yes. Live French works with HR and L&D teams on group programs, monthly invoicing, and progress reporting. Start on the Corporate page and we’ll set up a call to scope a company plan.
