Both Skype and Zoom are very convenient and user friendly apps that you can install on your computer or smartphone. They allow you to communicate with your teacher for free and even use the video and the chat for the best learning experience. If you’d like to use the phone, an extra free might apply, please contact us. If you’d like to use another VoIP app, please contact us.
Yes! As long as it’s done via the Member Area at least 12 hours before the lesson. A lesson that is not cancelled on time will be forfeited.
